Here are my goals for the I am CrossFit competition:
1. Lose 5% body fat
2. 30 kipping pullups in a row (at 20 now)
3. No cheat challenge! HARD but I can do it.
4. 210 deadlift (at ~185 now)
5. Double unders in a row (now I do 2, 1, 2, 1)
